Release of District Performance Scores
December 3, 2021
The Franklin Parish School District retains the rating of a C school district, even during the unprecedented COVID-19 Pandemic that has negatively impacted the education system. Schools in Louisiana were suddenly closed on March 13, 2020, which caused loss of learning at the end of the 2019-20 school year. During the 2020-21 school year, our students were impacted with hybrid schedules, virtual learning, and missed instructional days due to being quarantined.
Plans are in place to increase student achievement by addressing unfinished learning and meeting other academic needs of all students in Franklin Parish.
